At Imperon Goal Store, we want every customer to have a positive shopping experience. If you have any issue with your order, please contact our support team and we will do our best to help you.

Exchanges & Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

To request an exchange or return, please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number;
  • The email used at checkout;
  • A clear description of the issue;
  • Photos or videos, when applicable.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please send clear photos or videos showing the problem. After our review, if the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the case.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 7 days after delivery;
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition;
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging and accessories, when applicable;
  • The item must not show signs of misuse, damage, stains, odors, or alteration.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or exchange.

Size Selection

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

We are not responsible for incorrect size selection made by the customer. If you ordered the wrong size, we may not be able to offer an exchange or return, especially for international orders.

Personalized or Customized Items

Personalized or customized products cannot be exchanged, returned, or canceled after the order is placed, unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom names;
  • Custom numbers;
  • Patches;
  • Special personalization;
  • Made-to-order items.

Promotional Items and Gifts

Promotional gifts, free items, and items received as part of special offers may not be eligible for exchange, return, or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error from Imperon Goal Store, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned packages lost during transit.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Imperon Goal Store is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refund processing may take up to 7 business days after approval;
  • Credit card refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or card provider;
  • PayPal or other payment method refunds will follow the processing rules of the payment provider.

Shipping fees, when applicable, are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed, customized, or shipped.

Once an order has entered production, customization, or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.
